Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Hermitian Technologies website and enrolment in our courses. By pre-booking, applying or enrolling you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Hermitian Technologies is an independent skills-training institute in Agartala, Tripura, India. We are founded by IIT Kharagpur alumni. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a part of IIT Kharagpur or any other institution.

2. Courses and enrolment

• Courses are delivered in person at our Agartala centre, with supplementary practice on our app. Some sessions may be delivered live online.
• Course length is as described on each course page.
• A seat is confirmed only when we contact you and the applicable fee is paid in full. Pre-booking does not itself confirm a seat.
• Admission to the Advanced course is subject to a free entrance test.

3. Fees and payment

• Fees are listed on our website in Indian Rupees and may change for future batches. The fee applicable to you is the one shown at the time you enrol.
• The course fee is paid as a single, one-time payment. We do not offer EMI or instalments.
• Discounts are as described on the course page at enrolment.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card details.

4. Refunds

See our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Placement support

We provide interview practice, employer drives, referrals and application support. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or any particular salary. Outcomes depend on your effort, the employer, and market conditions.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when pre-booking or enrolling.
• Attend sessions and complete assignments; repeated absence may affect certification.
• Use our app and materials for personal learning only. Do not redistribute course content.
• Behave respectfully towards staff and fellow students. We may remove a student for misconduct without refund.

7. Intellectual property

Course materials, the practice app and this website are owned by Hermitian Technologies. Work you create in class (projects, code) is yours.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Agartala, Tripura have exclusive jurisdiction.
