Against the current.

Hermitian Technologies is a job-focused tech school in Agartala, founded by two IIT Kharagpur graduates, one of whom grew up here.

The gap

Tripura has engineering colleges, BCA and MCA programmes, and thousands of bright graduates every year. What it doesn't have is a place that teaches the things companies actually test for: data structures under time pressure, real deployed projects, and how to hold a technical interview together.

So students either move to Bangalore or Kolkata for a ₹2–3 lakh bootcamp, or they settle for a local DCA certificate that nobody hiring for software has ever asked about. Most simply don't get the chance.

What we're doing about it

We teach in person, in small batches, with the two of us in the room. Every course runs 12 weeks, three sessions a week, with daily practice on our own app (rated contests, streaks, problem sets), because the habit is what makes the difference, not the lecture.

From month one there are weekly mock interviews. In the last two weeks we run employer drives, company online tests and referrals through the IIT alumni network. We publish every batch's real outcomes on this site: interviews, offers, salaries, and nothing else.

What we won't say

We won't promise you a job. No honest institute can. What we promise is the work that leads to one, and a fee that starts like a coaching class.

Hermitian Technologies is an independent institute. We are founded by IIT Kharagpur alumni but are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of IIT Kharagpur.

The name

A Hermitian matrix is one that equals its own conjugate transpose, and it's the kind of structure that guarantees real, measurable outcomes in physics. We liked that: something rigorous underneath, with results you can actually see.
